We specialize in building in both infill locations and emerging markets and then design product that best fits the particular site. In every community in which we invest, we take seriously our responsibility to steward the environmental impact and mirror the overall character of the surroundings.
Satya Pullakhandam held management positions in Information Technology at various Fortune 500 companies for over 20 years. Along with his management skills, his passion for analyzing the markets, finding deals, and investing for himself brought him great success in real estate. In 2014, he became a full-time investor and consultant. He has helped his clients acquire and manage real estate assets totaling over 50 million dollars and continues to grow real estate portfolios for his clients. In 2016, Satya ventured into land acquisition & entitlement, and construction of homes in infill communities. Satya works with a large network of investors making a variety of residential and commercial real estate projects possible. Currently, his new construction portfolio is well over 300 homes consisting of apartments, town homes, and single family homes.
Keith Greenwood has been in the real estate business since 1991 both in Florida and North Carolina. After growing up in Tokyo, Japan, he relocated to the U.S. to attend college and earn a degree in business. He started working in sales and marketing for a large development firm in Florida. Keith then moved to North Carolina where his expertise in sales and marketing led him to become a top sales agent in the Raleigh area earning him multiple awards. Soon after, Keith began marketing new homes and managing sales teams throughout the Triangle. In 2001, Keith founded his own company to broker land and develop building lots to assist other builders. Since then, Keith has successfully completed numerous developments ranging from infill to large subdivisions to building single and multi-family projects.
